I am a big fan of Italian olive oil products and there are a number of reasons as to why this is. They were seen in my family for quite some time and I saw just how much they were utilized to help any kind of meal you could think of. Not only did they serve to help flavor - which is always a plus - but a select few dishes were created with them being brought into the picture. It was clear that there was an extensive list of ways that they could have been implemented.
I believe that the organic properties of Italian olive oil products deserve special mention because of how natural they can stand to be. These are the ones which boast flavor more than just about any type you could think of. I didn't think that oil in tandem with fruit salad was a great idea at first, until I was able to experience just how great it could be. This oil doesn't have to be used for cooking, since it can very well prove its worth as a dressing of some kind. It was actually used quite well atop the pasta in question but actually cooking with it something that my family did less often, though there were reasons for it.
I always heard about how good this type of oil could be but I didn't understand just how difficult it could be to use in other ways. In short, you can most certainly cook with the item, but you have to make sure that care is had during the process.
It's not like I've seen many fires occur in the kitchen but I do know that many meals were ruined. However, if they are crafted well, then it's clear that such cooks are onto something.
