How often when you are studying do you end up with a crick in the neck, a sore back, painful wrists and fingers and eye strain? Probably more times than you can remember.The reason we end up with aches and pains like this when studying is because most of sit hunched over our desk or table, for long periods handling heavy text books whilst simultaneously trying to write notes of what we are studying.
Our posture is poor and as a result our back and neck suffers. Lifting heavy text books on to and off our desk can tax even the strongest of wrists so it is no wonder we feel strained after sessions at our desks.
